Returns & Refunds

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Shopintrepid.co@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before a tracking number is issued.

  • Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel or modify the shipment.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • We take fraudulent chargebacks and payment disputes seriously. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide full documentation, including proof of delivery and communication records, to your bank during their investigation.

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in permanent account restrictions and your information being flagged across industry-wide fraud protection databases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve it promptly.
